1. Overview

JoinDiscordServer respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brand owners, and server administrators. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and will expeditiously review, investigate, and process legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Our directory indexes publicly available Discord metadata (such as server icons, names, and invite links) published by users or Discord itself. We do not host server files, chat logs, or user attachments.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark has been copied or displayed on our directory in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notification containing:

• Identification of Work: A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
• Location on Our Site: The exact URL on JoinDiscordServer where the material appears (e.g., https://joindiscordserver.com/servers/your-server-id).
• Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Direct Server Removal for Owners

Are you the owner of a listed Discord server and simply prefer not to have your community featured in our public directory?

You do not need to file a formal legal DMCA notice. Simply email us from the server's administrative contact email or message us via our Contact page with proof of ownership, and our team will delist your community within 24 hours.
